I'm a senior brand & marketing strategy and marketing operations leader with 20+ years of experience building the systems, frameworks, and processes that make marketing organizations run like clockwork.
I launched my career in environments where the tools were minimal and the expectations were not. Energized by that scrappy context, I learned to build things from scratch. Dashboards before there were easy dashboard tools. Reporting frameworks before most marketing units had even formalized MarOps. Vendor and agency structures that held up under pressure. That foundation driven by intrinsic initiative shaped everything that came after it.
Planted in one of the most competitive real estate markets in the world, I built out and led a full NYC-based brand & marketing team through 400% headcount growth. Throughout concurrent multi-team projects up to $3M in budgets, I bridged every aspect of the function from consultant and agency RFPs to internal budget proposals, media negotiating and buying, tech stack decisions, vendor management, compliance, and performance reporting across Google and Social Media Analytics, TrackMaven competitive analysis, Internal CRM analysis, and specialized trade platforms. At Indeed, I operated remotely within a specialized team creating impact at global scale. Stewarding a $10M marketing budget, managing vendor and agency relationships end-to-end, and building reporting infrastructure that connected spend to outcomes.
